    Ugh.. I'm snowed in. So I figured today I would get in a really good calorie burn. (There isn't much else to do other than clean, anyway). So I did 3 workouts, and burned a total of 1057 calories - which brings my total this week to 2127.

    1373 more to go!

    Well I had a cheat meal yesterday, but I did not go crazy. My goal this week is to stay under 2,000 calories M-F and exercise everyday M-F. Last week M-Su I exercised 313 min and burn 3,782 calories.

    Sat: 1377 (walking dogs, biking 4 hours)
    Sun: 338 (walking dogs)
    Mon: 1648 (walking dogs, shoveling snow 2.5 hours, 60 minutes of Jillian Michaels workouts)

    It's funny because I thought the snow fall meant that I wouldn't get much exercising done but it snowed enough that I didn't have to go to work today so I used it to exercise a lot. Tomorrow I have off due to snow as well but I have a feeling I'm going to be might sore. However, I will have no problem finishing up the remain 137 calories.

    sorry about that. I will try and fix that tonight. The list of people is so long so I had to shrink it. lol i didnt know its shrank that small.

    Only at 1422 burned so far. Think I have a sinus infection, which is making it hard to breath and swallow...gonna be hard to burn the remaining 2078 :sad:

    Actually, I went back and burned a few more. I just felt like getting on the treadmill and put in 2.2 miles (306 calories) so that I could end at a nice round 3000 calories burned so far!

    500 left. :drinker:

    Go Blondie!!! Whooohoo!!! I just read your profile. I initially looked to see how old you were to have 3,000 calories burned already and have 2 days left! lol! That is so awesome! Keep up the good work! You are doing great!! Wow what a difference in your before and after pictures. Marvelous!!
