I've also learned that certain items (Oreos, for example) are things I should not keep in my house because the entire package will be gone in a short period of time.

I find healthier alternatives for my favorite snacks, and for those snacks I really want, I drink a glass of water and wait 20 minutes, generally I don't have the craving anymore or I know that it is worth the extra calories and exercise...it's weird I know, but it's something my mom taught me
10) what is your typical restaurant meal? I either do chicken with rice if they have it, a salad, or meat with steamed veggies...but if we go anywhere with chicken wings I have to have them!
