10) Hmmm... on Sunday, after backpacking with my friends, I had a cheeseburger, fries and a beer. Last week, I went out just once and had a 12" margherita pizza. I rarely go our to eat, though - maybe once a week, if that!
Not sure how valuable this information is without knowing my height (5'9"), how many calories I eat a day (about 2200), or what my weight loss goals are (currently at goal).0 -

4) activity level: Very sedentary if I don't include exercise. Everything I need is at home...I work from home, workout at home (and outside) and I drive everywhere.
5) How often do you exercise? Everyday sometimes twice a day.
6) Do you eat breakfast? Yes, just not as early as most. I eat breakfast between 11am - noon.
6) what is your largest meal of the day? My first and second meals are larger usually equal in calories, but I close the kitchen for the day around 6 or 7 during the week.
7) how many times a day do you eat? Mostly twice, sometimes I'll add in a good-sized snack on heavy lifting days.
8) how much water do you drink? Depends on my workouts and the weather. Usually anywhere between 64 oz - 1 gallon. It's super hot and humid today and I'm going for a 4+ mile power walk shortly so I'm up to 110 oz so far. I also drink a couple of cups of herbal tea everyday, but I don't include that with the totals.
9) how do you deal with food temptations? I either fit them in, eat a little with moderation, make substitutions or tell my stomach its going to have to wait until the weekend when I eat more then I'll enjoy a full sized of whatever I'm craving.

9) I am strong willed and not very tempted. Before my life style change I was addicted to chocolate. I ate a pound of peanut M&Ms, a pound of Reese Cups and a box of Andes Candies a week. I also ate a box of crackers a week. I gave it up over night and I am not really tempted at all. I quit smoking and eating candy both on Feb.2nd.
