    Im katy, 28, from sheffield.

    I lost 36lb last year, but put on 3lb over xmas :(

    I am 158lb at the moment and want to lose another 35lb or so.

    I'll start putting a spreadsheet together and recruit on a separate thread. Shall we start Saturday or Monday for 8 weeks and see how it goes?

    Well I am technically about 3 miles from watford gap (3 miles south west!!!) . but if you go the motorway i am 16!!

    so i am just in the southerners group !

    Im definitely a southerner!!! Like the idea of a bit of healthy competition!!

    Bought some new workout gear today - 3 sizes smaller so I'm now officially a 12!!!! Big fat smile on my face today!!
