    This afternoon I'm going to get another 4 - 5 mile brisk walk in outside.

    Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (one 20 minute section) followed by at least 30 minutes on the treadmill, then a 10 minute yoga cooldown.

    I love the JM DVD cause it's 20 minutes. I tell myself that if I can't fit in at least 20 minutes of exercise, I'm not serious about my goals. This is the one DVD that I've seriously stuck to. Then, after those 20 minutes of circuit training, I'm always pumped and ready to work it on the treadmill!

    (Highly recommend that DVD btw. I do it with 8 lb. weights. First day I was so sore I had to wait two days before I could do it again, but now I'm used to it and I only had the little bit of "good" soreness, lol).

    Today is a cardio day, but I think I'm going to wait until tonight. It's my 30th reunion, and there will be lots of dancing. :)

    I've missed posting here for a while. Today no substantial exercise. Visiting out of state and maybe will have time to practice some Zumba steps, but not sure.

    I went to a disappointing new body pump class on thursday evening with a new instructor whom I thought didn't do a very good teaching job. Next week back to my regular friday class.
