I've actually lost another 4-5lbs, but I don't have a more recent photo.
Went from 148-135 between July 2013 and April 2013, then I joined MFP and I've dropped about 12 pounds since.0 -

My progress isn't nearly as amazing as a lot of yours and I still have some to go, but I'm proud of the progress so far, so I'll share!

Great job everyone!0

You can mostly see the results around the bottom of my butt/upper thigh. I lost about six inches off my hips, and though the measurement around my upper thigh hasn't changed, it's more "out back" instead of around the sides. So. That makes me happy. My back looks really good too, I should take a picture.
.
I'm hoping to achieve much the same thing, without any weight loss (I'm underweight for my height), since my pear shape has expanded and mushed out quite unattractively with age... how did you do it??
edit: and you are sooo wrong, it's a fabulous transformation! :flowerforyou:0 -

Thanks! Eating at a modest deficit, and going to spin (2x) and BodyPump (2-3x) every week for several months. I'm always a little hesitant to admit how much I liked BodyPump. But I did. Now I'm learning to lift weights, so I only go to one spin class, and one intervals class each week. I want to lose a little more body fat, but I'm not being super aggressive about it.0 -

For the ladies;
What exercise program do you guys follow to not only lose weight but also sculpt your bodies like that? I've been skinny but never toned ;(0 -

Consistent weight lifting!!! :happy:
Not even that much either. I used a set of 5lb dumb bells for 6 months. Just barely adding more weight and harder exercises now. Always did cardio though and had a daily calorie deficit. :drinker: That's what's working for me anyways!
YOU can do it too, it's incredibly easy. Just have to stick with it.... Squats, squats and more squats! You can Google proper form for any exercise if you are unsure and can also find new exercises online. The internet is a wealth of information.
Weigh-in day for me tomorrow! :bigsmile:0 -
This motivates me....

Here is my progress. I'm not done yet, I have about 15 more pounds to go. Starting the 30 day shred tonight to give me a boost. Also purchased a food scale over the weekend.
