    I'm 5'6", 29 years old. 5 months in, 44 lbs difference, and gone from a size 20 to size 12.

    January 30, 2014 SW 242 to June 30, 2014 CW 198, and just over halfway to my original goal (which I'm sure will change as I get closer to it).

    You are all awsome, and have given me some inspiration, although I have lost 14lb I don't see a big difference, am going to take some photos right now so I will have some before and afters to be proud of when I reach my goal.

    Yes, sooner than later! I was worried I didn't have any before pics because I always hated taking pictures and deleted all the bad ones. Low and behold, turns out I had plenty! Lol >.< I'm so glad too, take a bunch though! It's an awesome journey and nice job on the 14! :wink:

    For the ladies;
    What exercise program do you guys follow to not only lose weight but also sculpt your bodies like that? I've been skinny but never toned ;(

    For me it's been "anything that makes my muscles ache". I'm about five workouts into Stronglifts 5x5 (weight lifting) but before this I did BodyPump (I waited longer than I should have to increase the weights I was using - don't be me) for a long time and loved it. I've left spin class with jelly legs and interval class with jelly arms... Anything that was hard. Just keep doing it until it starts to get easier, and then find a way to make it harder again. Love the hard stuff. :)

    I love these threads! Not only is it HUGELY motivating, but it does put everything in perspective. It truly shows how different weight sits on different frames and sometimes, even people of the same height. If that makes sense. Helps me to not get so hung up on the number and to focus more on the process.

    All of you are so inspirational! Can't wait to have a story to share as well! Thanks for the Friday motivation!!

    Everyone looks AMAZING!! I hope to post my before and afters soon. I had originally lost 70 pounds but with migraines and other issues I gained about 30-40 pounds back :( I am back at it though and know I can get back to where I was and then to goal weight. All of these pictures have helped remind me it is possible!

    You all look great! Keep up the fantastic work!

    I'm still mid-journey, so I hope that's okay.

    I started at 232.2, I'm at 202.8 right now.
