2 months in - 13 lbs lost. I'm 5'6", 37 years old. SW May 14/14 - 211lbs. CW July 15/14 - 198 lbs.
Congrats...can see a big difference already, especially in the waist, hips, butt & thighs...keep up the great work!0 -

My wife and I with our before and our during.
Left: She is 5'9", upside triangle shape body. She started at 285 and her current weight is 235.
Right: That's me! I'm 5'4" tall, pear shaped body. Starting weight was 230 and current weight is 170.
Started in January. Methods used: portion control, switching to healthier choices, walking, swimming & NO soda. Water, water, water. We were over eaters and soda drinkers.

In 2010 I was 225lbs after putting on weight following a car crash. I was eventually cleared to resume training and I'm now 164lbs at 40 years old, I'm 5ft 8.

I am 5' 11" and I am hoping to get down to 165. Not too fixated on the number on the scale. I am a die hard cardio fan, but just started lifting about a month ago and hoping for better results.
