Tried making chia pudding for the first time last night. I was a bit doubtful, but it was tasty!
2 ripe peaches, and 1.5 cups vanilla soy milk, 1tbs honey, a bit of natural vanilla extract, a pinch of salt - blended until creamy and totally smooth
Put blended stuff in a quart sized jar, add 3tbs chia seed, cover and shake like crazy.
Put it in the fridge overnight and it's nice and set in the morning. Makes a bunch - probably three servings. Good with strong black coffee.

I was doubtful too the first time I made chia pudding. Love that stuff! Never tried it with peaches. Will definitely give that a try!

Two kashi whole wheat waffles with almond butter, blueberries, and honey, along with 1 cup of cold brewed coffee blended with ice, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Normally I go for two eggs scrambled with either half an avocado and sriracha or swiss chard, sundried tomatoes, and fresh parmesan cheese, but I needed to switch it up today.

    edited for spelling

Pretty much everyday, I can guarantee you there will be Greek yogurt of some sort and coffee.

Generally there are eggs for protein. Today was a breakfast burrito with turkey sausage, but usually I make little miniature omelettes in muffin tins and have a few of those.

Round it out with some fruit and some sort of carb, lately it has been oatmeal, but often it is a whole-grain english muffin.

I had Chobani 2% greek yogurt with a 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/3 cup of homemade peanut butter granola and my morning cup of coffee!

Care to share your recipe for PB granola? Sounds yummy!

This morning I had 1 soft-boiled egg, 2 slices of whole wheat toast, Fieldberry yogurt, and half a cup of OJ.
I planned on 2 eggs but I managed to ruin one.

I used the last of the leftover pork chops along with green beans to make a breakfast stir-fry.

Also did half measures of all the seeds, nuts, granola and cereals. Full measures of milk, yogurt and protein. Under 600 calories and 49g of protein.

I didn't have to be at work until 1100, so I cooked eggs, bacon and green beans this morning. Also had some freshly picked scuppernong grapes. I got the bacon a high brown while trying to multitask. Still good though.

I had a leftover turkey leg {minus the bone}, fried eggs, squash and onions {with bell and chili peppers}, green beans, stir-fry veggies, toast, toast and a strawberry, grape, blueberry and orange fruit salad. Today is my lift day, so the calories will not get in the way.
