KRISTEN: My current weight is 175.4 and I am trying to get back to my ticker weight of 168.0.
That is my goal right now with everything that is going on.

Happy today. I just started back on track after several months of neglecting my weight (and gaining). So yesterday was good. Stayed within my calorie goal. It is the euphoria of beginning anew. Soon the hard part will come.0

Thanks for starting the new Fall thread.
Current weight 143.5 lbs.
I am now almost back at my ticker weight -- just need to lose one more pound. I can't believe that I lost the weight that I had gained while out of town so quickly.

I have better luck completing this at night instead of next morning so yesterday is today and today is tomorrow! Oh my.........I'm confusing myself! Can't imagine how confused you all must be! LOL

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate well, played bells at church, and did a lot of the service at church. It was to celebrate United Methodist Women Sunday and I'm president of our unit so gave a talk and did all of the announcing. I also played handbells and I led the singing. Busy morning at church! Took a friend her birthday gift and caught up on our busy lives.
What would I have done differently? Should have exercised more.
What is today's personal goals? Clean house and 2 hours of exercise. Husband is working and I'm Not working so no excuse!
Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Kind Bars. Very good for a breakfast or lunch replacement! You have to like nuts!
Mood today? Feel good but lazy! Didn't do anything constructive except church and walk this morning. Otherwise pretty much a slug!

GoldK -- I can't really taste a difference between Olive Oil and Vegetable oil when I cook with them, altho I can see and taste a difference between these two if I just taste them plain before cooking. Can you taste a big difference when you cook with Coconut Oil? If so, I'm guessing it tastes better than Olive Oil and Vegetable Oil???
Good news! Lost that extra pound and am now back to my ticker weight. I hope that I can keep it off for the rest of the week!!! :happy:

Did you try anything new on yesterday? Well, although I did not mean too... I did not eat supper at all and was under 500 calories for the day. This was not intentional. First time not hungry enough to even get up and have something -- even to make myself.-- in over 30 years!!! So... that I am calling something new, but did not intentionally try it.( I feel great today.) Not starving or anything...

Mood today? :frown: A little stressed and anxious & still a little sad about something, but feel much brighter and happy this morning.... issues of yesterday are still unresolved... but don't have to do the same things as I did yesterday that caused tons extra of the stress & anxiety & another day out of the incident that caused the sadness.

Hello, I'd like to join in with you all. My name is Michelle and I was on here once before, lost weight, and then gained even more back. So, I am back again with alot of work to do! Needless to say, most of my prior MFP friends have also went M.I.A so please feel free to add me so I have encouragement/support buddies. Thank you.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Goal was to get signed up at the gym. Done.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Finally did join a gym and workout, and today I am sore
What would I have done differently? Had more time in my day.
What is today's personal goals? Get back to the gym and focus on some leg exercises and cardio.
Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Downloaded some new healthy recipes I will be trying this week. Quinoa, couscous and new integrations of vegetables.

Michelle welcome and great start back. I lost 40 pounds on here and gained some back but I didn't go MIA here but still gained. It was mostly due to not adjusting well to an increased busy work schedule. You may add me but this once great MFP friend is not that great at supporting my many friends here. I am happy that I am logging daily though. Dahlia, hope today is better and you reach that goal.
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not sure, my chart says I am under net calories but MFP isn't showing my calories burned for yesterday despite aquafit and increased steps!? but I did get hungry and eat more dinner later in the evening and had fruit.

Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Blue bunny sweet freedom fudge bar. Only 35 calories per bar. Since I was way below calories I had for a snack. Not bad for 35 calories!
