Well, I started doing manual labor at the warehouse where I work this week. I went for a really long bike ride on Saturday (6 hours). I should be losing....I guess I'll see what the 31st brings...but I know I didn't reach my goal.0 -

I lost half my goal this month: 5 pounds. I went from 152 pounds to 147 pounds. I wish it could have been more, but I am glad to have lost.0

I started at 201.5lbs.
So I lost 8.5lbs in the month of January.

Jan 26-30 = Cancun All-Inclusive with a group of girlfriends, ate and drank too much, but also went to fitness center and did walking on the beach, more importantly made good eating choices!)
Jan 30 = 147 !
Happy with 5 pound weight loss - I am now in the 140's and really glad!

I really messed up! Not only did I manage to gain 2 pounds in the last two days, I managed to gain them even though I burned almost 1500 calories on Saturday alone on a 6 1/2 hour bike ride! Biking really revs up my appetite.0 -

Didnt reach my goal...but 5.5 is better than 0. I had a rough month, being sick with a bad cold made it hard for me to keep up with exercising. And not exercising made me go over my calories ALOT! NO MORE EXCUSES! I decided to make a fresh start for Feb, I went to Vitamin World yesterday and bought:
1. Digestive Cleanse & Probiotic Replenisher (28 day program, 14 for the cleanse and 14 for the replenisher, however he highly recommended that I countinue with the replenisher after the 28 days)
2. Fibrolean - this is all natural and is used to help promote fullness....which is where I really need help. I am normally fine when I am by myself, but once my husband gets home from work, its like I am starving!!!
Anyway, I will keep you updated and let you know how its working. Its not supposed to be a mircle diet or anything, just some all natural assistance to help get back to where I belong.

I weighed in today and the amount is 211!!!! I lost 7 lbs this month. I can just feel the 199'S coming soon. I had internet trouble this weekend. I would absolutely love it if you started a February group. I would love to join it. I am gonna be busy for the next couple of weeks and dont think I will be able to start/run a group. I think you will be a great team leader. Let us know what it will be called so we can find it on here, thanks so much0 -

I lost 11 pounds this month and weighed in today at 353!
Congrats on 9.8 pound lost!!! Rounded off that is 10 pounds! And thanks for doing Feb Group also!! That is so nice of you and it help me stay focused and mindful of my goals!

My goal for this month was 220 (12 lb loss). Made it to 220.5, not too shabby with an 11.5 lb loss. Definitely would be up for doing this for the next month if someone makes a group.0 -
