  • Goals for the week: 360 minutes, 3,500 calories and 64 oz. of water a day!

    Mon: 45 minutes - 190 calories - walking my dog in the neighborhood (rest day)

    Monday: 17 minutes/145 calories doing Zumba; 41 minutes running/460 calories burned.

    302 minutes to go (I don't really have a goal for calories burn--everyday is different)

    I do think now I will def get in 360+ minutes now because the just added Zumba to the aerobics schudule at my health club. I have the DVD's and I do one every morning, but now I have an extra hour a day with Zumba now...YAY!!!! :-)

    monday: 15 min challenge on biggest loser ultimate for kinect, 30 zumba/cardio dance, 30 min core workout. total: 75 min,, 275 min to go.

    I worked a double last night from 3P to 7A....Got up at 12:30 and hoping to get 45 minutes at the gym...IDK

    This is going to be one tough week to squeeze it in...plus, I'm kinda drained and tired

    Ok, 60 minutes of ZUMBA at the gym...

    Know what? You guys MOTIVATE me to meet goals. Well, the thought of a SWIMSUIT is kind of pushes me as well

    Kasonsawyer, I'll match you on the water this week...that's a good goal...I'll try to make sure that there's no hops in there....LOL

    LAST WEEK:
    Mon: 20 minutes Jillian Michaels 30-day shred + 35 min Elliptical Trainer
    Tue: 20 minutes Jillian Michaels 30-day shred + 33 min C25K + 15 min of weights
    Wed: 20 minutes Jillian Michaels 30-day shred
    Thurs: 20 minutes Jillian Michaels 30-day shred + 34 min C25K
    Fri: 20 minutes Jillian Michaels 30-day shred
    Sat: 60 minutes Hatha Yoga + 35 min C25K + 10 min walking @ 21% + 15 min of weights
    Sun: 150 minutes of walking and kite flying + 20 min Jillian Michaels
    > Total 507 minutes --- woohoo!!!!!!!!!!

    THIS WEEK:
    Mon: 35 min C25K + 20 min Jillian Michaels 30-day shred
    Tue: 20 min Jillian Michaels 30-day shred
    > Total 75 minutes
    > Remaining 285 minutes

    I have done the shred and the 30 days slimdown (incorporates all 3 videos)...great results...just that the videos get boring after awhile for me...I mean, honestly, the music is just horrible. Like 70s workout music.

    If you are interested in them, I can mail you my copy of the 30 day shred. I think I am pretty much done with it.

    Total: 129 minutes/ 1350 calories burned

    I don't have a hear monitor so I just go by what MFP tells me I burned for zumba and I go by what the treadmill (or any cardio machine I use) tells me. MWF are normally my low cardio days because I don't normally have time to do extra cardio, but I will try today so I can reach 360 minutes...we'll see...I do have church tonight, so I will try my hardest!! :happy:

    Don't worry that I'm dumb and have been posting on February still... I am just still so out of wack this year, its all been a blurr. So here's last week:

    Sunday-none
    Monday- 55 min of Fire 55 EZ & 20 min of Ab Jam/770 calories
    Tuesday- 59 min of Legs & Back/444 calories
    Wednesday- 45 min of Fire 45/468 calories
    Thursday- 80 min of walking/150 calories
    Friday- 58 min of Shoulders & Arms, 25 min of HIIT 25, & 20 min of Ab Jam/607 calories
    Saturday- none

    Total:
    362 min/2439 calories

    This week:
    Sunday- 60 min of Fire 60 & 10 min of Stretch 10/702 calories
    Monday- 30 min of Fire 30/360 calories
    Tuesday- 20 min of HIIT 20 & 30 min of Push Circuit 1/350 calories

    Total:
    150 min/1412 calories
