I am in....this might be a little hard...I just calculated what I normally do in a week and it is only 335 minutes...I'll have to squeeze in 25 more minutes in somewhere...but I know having to record everything, I will definitely do it!! This sounds like a great thread to be involved it...read through everyone's comments already...you guys are all great motivators!!! Keep up the great work and I can't wait for my workout after work today. I already have 17 minutes in for the day so I'll add what ever I do at the gym today...can't wait to work out extra minutes today!!!
Monday: 17 minutes/145 calories doing Zumba0 -

Welcome new joiners...time to get up and get your groove on
I think we all did pretty well this week. I really liked strapping on the HRM and cleaning like a mad women. Not great intense calorie burn; but, it wasn't too bad. I did squats instead of bending over. I didn't include dishes or folding laundry kind of stuff. I had to be moving briskly the whole time.
Monday, 0 minutes, working from 3 to 11...I, also, woke up with the kids at 0630, made breakfast, then napped from 0900 to 1130...so, I missed my workout; but, listened to my body, right?0 -
Monday, nada dang thing, 0 minutes
Tuesday, slug again, 0 minutes
Wednesday, 128 minutes...840 calories including body attack, cybex and cleaning
Thursday, 137 minutes...970 calories including zumba, cybex and cleaning
Friday, 64 minutes...424 calories elliptical and swimming
Saturday, 81 minutes...636 calories, elliptical
To go: finished & 330/3500 calories
Oh, ya, piece of cake....
Andrea, have fun at the bachelorette party
Cricket, ouch, you were just not meant to work out today...WAY TO PUSH THRU...loved the kid story, too cute
Mollie, way to finish strong
Sorry if I missed anyone...tomorrow is the final push and we get to start all over again
Thanks Kim! I love it when I have the time to have an awesome workout over the weekend. I feels great and keeps me on track over the weekend. This was the 1st time over a weekend that I was under my 2000 calories! I was so proud of myself. Of course it helped that I did not have any social plans.......:-) You keep up the good work too!0 -

I have done the shred and the 30 days slimdown (incorporates all 3 videos)...great results...just that the videos get boring after awhile for me...I mean, honestly, the music is just horrible. Like 70s workout music.
If you are interested in them, I can mail you my copy of the 30 day shred. I think I am pretty much done with it.
jeanaustin, great workout minutes....your a rock star
Andrea, what day is the wedding???? Love the avatar, your stunning...

I don't have a hear monitor so I just go by what MFP tells me I burned for zumba and I go by what the treadmill (or any cardio machine I use) tells me. MWF are normally my low cardio days because I don't normally have time to do extra cardio, but I will try today so I can reach 360 minutes...we'll see...I do have church tonight, so I will try my hardest!! :happy:0 -
