Checking in for the week... 3.4 pounds down so far. 7.6 pounds to go to hit goal and 7 weeks to get there. My next weigh in will be on Easter so I'm hoping I like what the scale says then! :)

Hey y'all! Just wanted to throw out a little challenge for anyone who is interested! I'm starting the 30 Day Slimdown routine which incorporates 3 Jillian Michael's dvds into a 30 day rotation! The three dvds are The 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones and here is the link to the rotation...just click download the plan!
    http://www.exercisetv.tv/workoutplans.aspx?id=1

Also, I started a separate post to record my (and anyone else who is interested) measurements but I'm still going to weigh in here as well. I'm hoping the slimdown routine brings me closer to my Easter goal. Okay, just wanted to throw that out there for anyone that's interested. Here's the link to my post, I hope I get some takers! Easter isn't far away!

Woo! Down 1.8 that's a lot considering how much I ate this weekend. I'm hoping I can keep this up because 142.6 is the lowest I've been in ages.

Hey folks! I forget to weigh-in again. I'm not use to weigh-ining on Wednesdays and I tend to forget. But I was pleasantly surprised when I did my late weigh-in this morning. The 2 pound weight loss looks great enough. But I've just been going back and forth between 115 and 117 for months, so that wasn't so special. But to see the scale dip below 115...that's the real surprise. Now. If I can just keep it going in that general direction!

    2/23 - 117
    3/3 - 116.2 (- 0.8)
    3/10 - 114.4 (- 2.2)
    3/16 - (-)
    3/23 - (-)
    3/30 - (-)
    4/6 - (-)
    4/13 - (-)
    4/20 - (-)
