    Tuesday: 17 minutes/141 calories doing Zumba; 35 minutes/415 calories jumping rope; 33 minutes/ 404 calories running 5.5-7.0
    Wednesday: 17 minutes/141 calories doing Zumba; 45 minutes/510 calories running at 5.5-7.5

    i started off this week battling the flu so 360 is out of the question :( but i am back feeling better and ready to burn :)

    wednesday: walk 70/432
    thursday: 5.5 mile run 60/521
    friday: 3.6 mile run 37/359
    total: 167 minutes/1312 calories

    everyone is doing such a fabulous job!!!! keep up the excellent work :) you all are soooo inspiring :)

    Hello everyone! Sorry I've been MIA this week, but my back has been acting up since Monday evening/Tuesday morning and I am terrified to be down and hurt again. So I haven't worked out since Monday morning. And I never posted the rest of my last week workouts. So here's what I have:

    Last week:
    Sunday- 60 min of Fire 60 & 10 min of Stretch 10/702 calories
    Monday- 30 min of Fire 30/360 calories
    Tuesday- 20 min of HIIT 20 & 30 min of Push Circuit 1/350 calories
    Wednesday- none :(
    Thursday- 60 min of Fire 60 & 20 min of Lower 20/732 calories
    Friday- 45 min of Fire 45/482 calories
    Saturday- 55 min of Fire 55 EZ/602 calories

    Total:
    330 min/3228 calories

    This Wek:
    Monday- 45 min of Fire 45/486 calories
    Tuesday- None
    Wednesday- None
    Thursday- None

    I am an exercise failure this week!!! The kids are on Spring break and it's kind of screwed up my rhythm. So, hoping to recover somewhat this weekend.

    However, I have the St. Patrick Day flu....Ron and I were married :heart: on St. Paddy's Day as well...so, I ended up way overindulging:sick:
