I thought I was going to hit a plateau but I lost two lbs on the last two days of the week. I haven't been posting my progress regualrly since I can't remember what the semi official wiegh in day is for this group. I have decided I am going to do it Mondays anyway since that is usually my best day...lol.

I hope everyone has a great week!!!

    Take care,

Great job Datenshi. Monday was always my weigh in day but I started to cheat and make it Friday because I am highest on Monday

I am having a heck of a morning. My 13 year old woke me up an hour before my alarm was set to go off because she had thrown up all over my beige carpet, so I spent 45 minutes cleaning that. My 5 year old woke up because the light was on in the hall so now she has been up since 5:45 and she is a bear when she is sleep deprived. I am not looking forward to this day...although hopefully it can only get better.

I've had a rough morning as well. Woke up at 2 am to daughter climbing into our bed. Bf is very much against her sleeping there but I tricked her into thinking she wanted to go back in her room. BUT She still stayed up til 4 so we stayed up til 5 of course had to be up at 5:30 got up at 6:30. :indifferent:

Okay ... I know I've been on track this week with the eating and the walking ... my body just hasn't figured it out yet. Stayed the same again this week. Eventually things will start to move again I'm sure.

Finally some good weather! I am so excited. This weekend should even be good enough that I can go out for my first hike of the year. Still a little chilly but no freaking snow or rain. Yay!

Lost 2 lbs last week and 1 lb so far this week (I usually weigh in on Mondays).

I hope you all have a great and healthy weekend!

I am up 2 pounds. BTW I took back my new scale because it never weighed the same weight twice if I stepped on it 6 times in a row, so I am actually up 2 pounds on my old faithful scale.         :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:

I have worked my but off at the gym this week but I still can't shake my bad eating habits. I do great all day and then at night after the kids go to bed it is ice cream, chip or any other snacks I can get my hands on. So my goal is this... I am going to aim to eat 75%clean this week and see where that gets me. I am trying to let myself have some slack because my mindset lately has been "you already screwed up, might as well" That is what I need to change.

Why is this so hard?? Staying on that wagon was not hard at all, but once I fell off I can't seem to even catch up to the wagon so I can try and jump back on! :noway:

Thanks. I hope she is better today. She finally stopped throwing up yesterday but she was still weak and fevered. Poor thing. I think she had a good night last night so I will let her sleep in today and hopefully she will be back to normal this morning.

Managed to surprise the hubby last night at the restaurant, he had no idea the kids were coming in from out of town to be there for his birthday ... then we all went bowling. Bowling? Seriously? It was soooo long since I did that. Well except for on my Wii ... it's really not the same  Way Fun :)

    Hello All!

I thought it was going to be too cold to hike today (it was 1 degree) but there was no wind today so I went anyway with the kids and even though they both fell in mud puddles we still had a good time. I am going to try and get my butt out of bed in the morning and go again, this time by myself since it is stupposed to by warmer tomorrow.

Well, I hope you are all having a happy healthy weekend. :drinker:

Hello Everyone. I hope you're all doing well. Nessarose1 ... hope life slows a bit for you soon. So I'm putting away my scale for a month and a bit. I don't want to get on it again until May 1st. This is really a huge statement for me since I'm one of those who gets on every day ... but I'm becoming crazy with it so I'll check again May 1st. This way I'll have to use other things to measure success 'til then. Hope to hear from more of you soon.

Wow, that is an awesome pic. I didn't know there was a trail like that nearby. I tend to stick with what is familiar though. I will check it out there when it is even warmer out.

I have 3 and we want one more. Here is my "weight loss" journey

    Starting weight- 135
    after 1st baby: 170- 40 pounds= 130
    after 2nd baby:180- 65 pounds= 115 (depression)
    after divorce: 150- 35 pounds= 115 (obsession)
    after 3rd baby: 168- 43 pounds= 125 (goal!)

So over the last 14 years I have gained and lost 183 pounds! And one more pregnancy to go
