    I'm sure it's just water Momto. I'm going to use last weeks weigh in since this week I'm feeling super crappy. I might even cut back my weigh ins to every other week. I don't know yet.

    LW = 199.5 lbs
    CW = 197 lbs

    Exercise Challenge Report

    Friday = 20 minutes Wii Zumba
    Saturday = 60 minutes Walking
    Sunday = 20 minutes Wii Zumba
    Monday = 42 minutes Gilad Step
    Tuesday = 60 minutes Walking
    Wednesday = Rest Day
    Thursday = 20 minutes Walking

    For a total of 222 minutes for the week ... WOO HOO!!!!

    Maggs- Great job with you loss and your logged minutes. You are amazing. Keep it up.

    Nessa-Every second week is probably good enough for weighing, just start weighing once a week again if you notice a gain. Whatever you think will keep you maintaining.

    I logged 110 minutes of cardio, so I am actually down again this week. More motivated but less time to myself I guess. I am forcing myself to make it to at least 150 next week. even if I end up working out for 150 minutes next Thursday night :laugh:

    I have exercised 11/12 days! For at least 30 minutes up to hour and half. Rest day for my poor hips today so that's 11/13 days. Pretty happy with that!!

    Down a pound for this weeks weigh in. Pretty happy about my progress past couple weeks.

    Next week can we add a water challenge?! That's where I need work for sure...better this week but still not where I need to be with it.

    I need a water challenge to. I would like to even just get in my 8 glasses- right now I average 4 (but I get in 2 pots of coffee :laugh: )

    True Confession time ... I ate a ton of Kentucky Fried Chicken last night and washed it down with white wine ... and yes ... it shows on the scale already!!! Now that wasn't the confession part ... I confess that I loved every second of it :blushing: Lots of water and I'm heading out for a huge hike right now to see if I can reverse some of the damage.

    The exercise thing on here says I burned 649 calories rollerskating at the rink today. Woohoo!

    Bad weekend for weight loss for me, food day at work friday, bday party sat, and super bowl party yest, better get busy working it off. LoL. :happy: but had fun, Jeff says I didnt eat that bad, but i sure feel like I did. Hope everone has a great monday! :flowerforyou:
