:happy: Did my week 1 day 1 regular push-ups on my toes getting almost all the way to the ground. I did 2,3,2,2 & 8. Felt good, I'm not even sore. Looking foward to Wed. and bumping it up.0

pretty much confirmed that I hate pushups!!! My daughter tried riding my back for the last set..that made it a little more challenging0 -
That wasn't too hard. My sets were 10 12 7 7 9 from knees. Great job everyone! Back on Wednesday!0

On the same website they have a 200 squat challange. I took the test and could do over 50, so today I did week 3 day 1 - 19,24,19,19,30. I think I will do this Tues, Thurs. and Sat. Can't wait for more pushups tomorrow.0

I'm in as well. Did 15 from toes for the initial test this weekend and completed day 1 on Monday. Here we go to 100. Good luck to all.0

I am in. Plan on taking my initial test once I get off the phone w/ unemployment. I plan on doing it from my knees to start and then regular once I am done with from my knees0

Took my initial test- I was able to do 16 good form pushups (from the knees).0

Completed W1D2 did a total of 22 complete pushups, felt good! Haven't felt any soreness yet even though I pushed out as many as I could in good form.0

I did w1d2: 10, 12, 8, 8, 12 from the toes. This was after Body Attack yesterday - 64 push-ups in one track! (I did 30 on my toes and the rest on my knees...ow!)0 -

Great job everyone! Loving this cause its so quick, even though I had a long busy day and haven't had dinner yet (at almost 8 pm) I got it done!! Week 1 day 2. 10 12 8 8 12. The last two were hard, but not too bad!0

Set 1- 10 push ups
Set 2- 12 push ups
Set 3- 7 push ups
Set 4- 7 push ups
Set 5- 13 push ups
Excited to start this challenge! The first 2 sets seemed easy but by the end my arms were burning! These were all from the knees.0 -
Week one day 3 done!
10, 15, 9, 9.13
From my knees, last few 2nd and last set were tough but done all the way down and up.
