Welcome Kelli! You'll get tons of support here.

Today was CLX Lean Circuit 2. I started with a little cardio though. Did a new dvd (30 Mins to Fitness Train Like a Contender). There are 2 workouts on it...kickboxing, and a conditioning workout. I did the cardio conditioning (good one...got my heart rate up) then did Lean. Burned 502 calories. On the calendar for tomorrow is TF 55EZ.

    Have a great day!

Hi Gang! Today was my first day of the CLX Lean Circuit month. Wow I forgot how hard these workouts are compared to the ones in the other 2 months. My arms are BURNING right now!

Anita, great job today. I've got TF 55 EZ on the schedule for tomorrow as well.

Day 2 of my 30 days of Shakeology for breakfast...double chocolate peanutbutter and banana...another winner. Scale was down 0.6 lbs this morning (I told you I'm obsessed with weighing every day). I won't officially talk about any loss though until Saturday.

    Talk to you all later.

CLX = ChaLEAN Extreme...a dvd program by Chalene Johnson that focuses on lifting heavy weights to lean your body and tone your muscles. It's amazing!

CLX Lean Circuit is the 3rd month of the program...month 1 is Burn Circuit and month 2 is Push Circuit.

The program is produced by Beachbody.

I decided to do a different workout last night by Chalene. I do Cardio Party Mix 1 (Turbojam) and burned about 483 calories. It felts great, and I am going to do it again tonight. I noticed on the scale today that I am down past my lowest point (no more plateau) Yeah!!! Chalene did the trick. Tomorrow is official weigh day, so I will record it tomorrow. Chalene is awesome!! I have fallen in love with her. I hope everyone has a good Tuesday.

    Welcome Kelli!!!

Hey everyone!!!!!!! Today was day 2 of recovery week with Core Cardio and Balance ( my 2 year old daughter joined me again) I added a mile and a 1/2 run just to do a little more cardio. So got a pretty good burn of 787 (540 from Insanity) calories today. I happened to be up late last night and low and behold an Insanity infomercial was on TV. I CAN'T WAIT for the CRAZINESS of month 2!!!

I hope everyone is having a great day. It's raining here in Maryland but it's April what do I expect?

    Hey ladies!

Did a 30 minute 3.75 mile treadmill run but then little man woke up early from his nap. Was hoping to get in 45 min, and would have if I would have gotten my butt in gear just a little bit quicker (he took a 90 minute nap, but usually it's at least 2 hours so I took my time getting to my workout...when really I know better). May try to get in a quick 15 min run tonight after the hubby is home and the baby is sleeping!

Just finished up P90X chest, shoulders, and triceps...definitely burned more today with the little monkey on my back for all push ups...even the 6 one handed ones I did!!! YAY! Clap push ups we only made 2 with him on my back! But we were both laughing hysterically so some calories burned there! Always a good time, and I just  my adorable little boy!

Looks like everyone is off to a great week. Boot camp and spin for me today. It is getting hot here in FL so the afternoon boot camp was very draining. Boot camp again tomorrow hopefully it we will get a breeze!
  • Can i join you all?

I'm pretty new here (3 weeks, but about 10 days of that was a write off due to a death in the family). I've only lost 3 lbs, but have been doing the 30 Day Shred (day 8 today!) and am seeing some results there.

Would love some extra motivation :) Goals are in my siggy - really hoping to hit mini goal 1 by my next weigh in (Sunday).

So if you'll have me, count me in!!!

As I am going to the beach in late July, I would love to join your challenge. I just ordered Turbo Fire and am excited to get started. I also use a pilates reformer which is amazing.

Welcome to the newbies! art4fun69 I'm sure you'll LOVE Turbo Fire. It's been the BEST workout for me so far.

Quick post today. Got up super late so only had time for TF Fire 30 (used weighted gloves). Burned 316 cals. Need to do my C25K training as well later so should burn some more doing that.

    Have a great Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Turbo Fire day for me...Fire 55EZ in fact. HRM showed 521 calorie burn.

Welcome art4fun and Mistyrider! Becky it's great to see you!

    Nice burn Anita!

Day 3 of my Shakeology plan and the scale was down again...plus how is it possible that chocolate and peanutbutter can taste so YUMMY and be so good for you? Today's shake came out more like ice cream...OMG to die for!

    Have a great day.

Weclome to all the newcomers on the thread! Feel free to friend me if you'd like some extra encouragement on your news feed...I have a slight MFP addiction and tend to comment often!

Hi Mistyrider! Welcome! We have similar weight loss goals...GOOD LUCK!

Great job with Turbo Fire Anita! You are doing awesome with your workouts!

Sharon - I have a feeling you won't have any trouble reaching goal at the rate you're going! Excellent!

As for me, I got my treadmill run in at 6am this morning! Watched some biggest loser on the DVR while I ran which was good motivation! 5.3 miles and 45 minutes is my personal best since re-starting my running journey 3 weeks ago! I'm off to work now but definitely plan to get in my P90X and a run tomorrow! Have a great Wednesday ladies!

    Hey Everyone and Happy Wednesday-

Today was my 3rd day of cardio core and balance and I must say that I was actually pretty tired when I finished today. My body (especially my hip flexors, quads, glutes, and shoulders, were sore and tight after. When I finished because I wanted to take advantage of the beautiful day we were having, I made the not so thought through decision to strap my daughter Carlisa into the jogging stroller and run uphill to my parents house who live about a mile up the road. My run turned into a brisk walk because my body was tired but I managed to burn 710 calories today.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Hello everyone. Happy Wednesday. Everyone is doing an amazing job. Welcome to the newbies. I had a wonderful surprise this morning. I have conquered my plateau (for those that don't know I have been on a plateau for 3 weeks now). I was down another 0.8 lbs which brings my total to 35.6 lbs. I was super excited. Turbojam did the trick. I wasn't able to do my long Turbojam last night, so I did the short version (20 mins ) burning about 243 cal. Tonight I am going to strive for the long Cardio Party (40 mins) as long as I can get my babies to bed early. It will burn about 483 calories. Plus, I am taking my babies outside since it is a nice day. I hope everyone had a great rest of the day.
