What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Tracked everything, kept busy, planned my meals ahead of time
What would I have done differently? AM cardio - when I do it I am much better off

Mood today? MOTIVATED
Fri - Walking 1 hour min
Sat - Hiking - about 20-25k steps day
Sun- Yoga AM. Hiking - about 20k steps day
Mon - Rest day
Tues - 1 hour total cardio (walk/elliptical combo)
Wed - 1 hour total cardio (walk/elliptical combo)
Thurs- 1 hour total cardio (walk/elliptical combo)

I'm pretty sure I have shingles. Will call doctor as soon as they are open! Who can give me insight on what to expect!0

It's shingles. Started meds. Pretty uncomfortable but doc said on meds early so shouldn't be any worse than it is now thank goodness. It's tolerable.....just an annoyance!0

mjohnson1twenty -- So just wondering how it went... seeing a friend that you hadn't seen in about 15 years!!! That's pretty amazing.

Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) = Yes! InnovAsian Family Style Entree Kit Beef and Broccoli. (200 cals/1 cup) I hope to never eat this, again. Although the flavor was really good, the beef was LGBE (Low Grade But Edible -- however; in this case, barely edible)/! Also, it stated about 3 servings... wasn't enough for two, really.
Mood today? Sleepy, happy, little nervous/anxious -- Need to find important paper and/or missing Flash Drive.
Exercise:
Sat = push-ups & one back exercise.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Not set......just trying to get on my feet is a goal enough!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went over to my parents for the afternoon. Car ride was not real comfortable
What would I have done differently? Shouldn't have had fast food but don't regret it! It was also on the way home and didn't have to bother with cooking after I got home. My pity party is over! Gotta get vertical and moving!
What is today's goal? Min 30 min treadmill. More if doesn't hurt! Track.

"75% of shingles cases occur in adults over age 45" - I just turned 45 in July. I'll consider it...hopefully before I get them0 -

Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Yes, 2 foods. Green Giant - broccoli & cauliflower in a parmesan & Asiago cheese sauce , 1 cup = 40 cals. YUCK!!! Also, had Healthy Choice Beef Teriyaki = 270 cals. I really liked this!

Feeling much better today. Blisters and redness still here but almost painless now and I haven't taken ibuprofen for a day so it truly is almost pain free! I assume the worst is over. Can't go to work yet but at least I feel like working here at home. House needs attention since I've been out of commission for a few days.

What would I have done differently? Tracked and more exercise. Illness has been my justification for not and I've used it as a crutch.

Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) Yes - Green Giant Just for One Broccoli and Cheese Sauce. Only 40 cals. I was hesitant to try this after that last Green Giant broccoli/cheese parmesan & asiago cheese sauce thing that I tried & hated. However; I am glad that I tried this one because it was delicious & I will be buying these & keep in stock in my freezer. These are great!!!
Mood today? irritable & nervous - new car is leaking oil... Also, filed an extension for our taxes & they are due today & still not done... Aarrgghh!

Dahila- Sorry about the shingles, I know they are very painful.
So many of the people I know are getting them that myself and my husband
got the shot for it. So if you do get it, it won't be so severe. Feel better.
