    2 half hour walks, C25K W1Day3 *starting over after a knee injury*, 20 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes weights, and then 20 minutes on the Swiss Ball, and 45 Turn and Bounces *or as I like to call them, shoulder killers.* Then 10 minute cool down/bouncing on the trampoline. (That may not add much to the workout, but it makes me happy!)

    Bodyweight exercises at the park. I have been doing them for a couple of weeks, but the bulgarian split squats got a lot of attention today. They wouldn't have been so impressed if they had seen me walking down the stairs when I got home from the park...

    Today: 5.25 miles (8.4 km) running at a 7:57 pace.
    Tomorrow: probably 45-60 minutes of cycling, since it's cold and I won't want to go very far.

    I went to the gym for an hour and a half and used the rowing machine and elliptical (fun stuff!). I also got in almost 12,000 steps with my fitbit.

    Run/walk 2.5 miles at 3.6mph...once the temps got above freezing and melted the black ice on the roads and sidewalks.

    I did 3 sets of:

    16 lunges (8 each leg) w/ bicep curls
    10 Pull Ups/10 Tricep Dips
    Sprint (6 MPH 90 secs)
    Hamstring exercise I can't remember the name of
    6 Point Shoulder Raise
    Row machine (90 secs)

    And then I did some low impact cardio for about 30 minutes

    I was going to do a short bike ride, but instead I hiked up a hill to a lookout point and back. 3.8 miles round trip.
  • Going for a bushwalk today with my Dad which will be about 3-4 hours of walking
    Strength training tonight maybe?

    I walked for an hour and did the elliptical at the gym. I've gotten in 12,000 steps so far today.

    Last week of P90X3. Today was isometrics. That is basically 30 min of yoga poses on crack. :/
