I went to Spin class for the first time (45 minutes) and went for a fast walk (30 minutes)0

17 mile round trip bike ride to and from work, then 10 pullups (little contest with my husband). Well, we'll see if I can do 10. Probably not in a row!0

15 jumping jack push ups(they are as brutal as they sound)
20 goblet squats w/30 lbs
20 laying Y raise

Monday - Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk - 1 mile treadmill
Today - TurboJam 35 min - 10 min elliptical - 5 min jog - 2 min walk - 5 min stretch0 -
I did 45 mins on my exercise bike at home, was tough! My legs ache now but no pain no gain!!0

Wii Zumba Fitness 2 High Intensity for 40 Minutes every morning at 6am followed by a few reps of sit ups,squats etc to tone the muscles and then a 5pm when home from work a 30 minute walk with my dog
longer if weathers nice or its the weekend.
A few extras may be added in occasionally if i have the time however this is my main routine im trying to stick to0 -

65-70 minutes of cardio for 1,100 calories or so.
Today will likely be higher since today's instructor is awesome!! What a difference the instructor (and the music) make!!0 -
