    downhill skiing training on course and then fast pace training on slopes 7.5 hrs and 1 hr stretching 2 sessions 30 min bosu ball 1 hr water polo then hot tub

    I try and walk everyday, today was good and I got two in! I also do a Jillian video every night. I LOVE MY JILLIAN VIDEOS! <3

    I've done some of everything today:

    15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the arc trainer, 15 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes walking up Mt. Kilimanjaro on the treadmill, jogged a mile on the treadmill.

    Today is rest day as yesterday was heavy leg day:

    Warm up
    Deep pause squats (4 sets of 6 reps)
    Dead lifts (4 sets of 6 reps) supersetted w/ hanging leg raises (12)
    Walking lunges (30lb dumbells, 3 sets 10-12 reps)
