    I'm behind!

    Saturday - Shakin' the booty
    Sunday - Zumba class. Waaaay more fun than the game! Going again this Sunday. :)
    Monday - Hula hoop
    Tuesday - NROLFW Stage 5, A4. One more left in this stage!

    Haven't figured out today yet. Maybe C25K when the sun goes down.

    I kind of just started back. I did 2 weeks of Insanity and went of vacation and lost motivation. But yesterday was 20 minutes jogging, 10 minutes of boxing, and 25 pushups. Today will be 30 minutes of walking my dog (if its not raining!), 10 minutes of jogging, and then curls with a 10lb weight. if its raining I'll probably just be on the elliptical while my dog stares at me longingly haha

    Yesterday was my usual mini office workouts (some kettlebell stuff, 100 crunches, a few yoga stretches), 30 min bike ride, 35 min mowing the lawn.

    Today will be mini office workouts (so far, 100 squats and yoga) and I'm planning Turbo Fire for this evening.

    Tonight will either be Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire. Not sure which I'm in the mood for. Tomorrow will probably start NROLFW stage 6, then Zumba class on Sunday.

    Thanks my dear! I seem to have fallen off posting my workouts.
    Sat - strength training, les mills, combat & elliptical
    Sun - 3 miles walk, jog, run intervals
    Mon - Les Mills Combat, elliptical
    Tue - strength training, elliptical
    Today - 3 mile walk, jog, run intervals

    I'm curious about Combat now! Last night I did 24 minutes of hula hooping. I just didn't have the energy for NROLFW, so I did it this morning. Stage 6, B1. I had a hard time completing the push press with 25 lb db's. Did 7 of 10 reps both sets.

    Playing outside with the kids on and off all day. I've done a bit of gardening (trimming and raking up) then will zumba for 45 mins to an hour later this evening.

    Last night I thought I was doing Jillian's kickboxing on youtube through the Wii, but I clicked on a Denise Austin workout by accident, so I did that, and added a 10 min BeFit workout, which was really hard! Today I'm doing NROLFW stage 6, A2.

    I'm a little lost when it comes to exercise and finding a scheduled routine to do, but I think my exercise this morning was pretty sweet. I went to a national park and got a good 1.5 mile jog in, then went hiking for about another 1.5 miles, which I'm counting as walking. I'm not doing super awesome yet- but I'm hoping to get there eventually.

    I go walking with my 10 week old son while my 2 year old naps with his dad. 45 min a day. Plus, a workout from WomensWorkoutChannel on YouTube. Today is abs day.

    17 mile run followed by 50 push ups and 100 sit ups.... Training for the Reggae Marathon in December and the Disney Marathon in January.
