110 weighted sumo squats (for an MFP challenge). 110 pelvic lifts (for my own challenge) 100 pushups (for my arms) 60-70 min hike after work (for my heart, lungs and sanity)
A few random stretches and low impact aerobics thrown in with the calisthenics for cool down.0 -

Today I struggled thru a 3 mile walk/run/jog (I wish I could get it)0 -
Just biked home from work (though I took the train there) - new record for that route, 23.5 kph over 20 km, first time under 50 minutes!
I've also already got over 10,000 steps on my pedometer today, and am about to walk to get the pizza. Mmmmm, pizza.0 -
Pilates and...weather permitting, a nice walk with my boxer-dogs0

I was supposed to do the last day of Stage 7 Round 2, but it'll be after 11 when I get home from work tonight, so it'll have to wait til tomorrow. I'm goin' to bed!0

Last night I did the final workout of stage 7 round 2 of NROLFW! YAY!!! Now I'm either going to use the Nike Fit Club app, or AllPro dumbbell routine. I also have a couple of dvd's I want to do, too (Kelly, you know what I'm talkin' about). Too many choices!0

I used the Nike Training Club app last night. I'm not sure I'm going to stick with it, because it's timed, and I have low blood pressure, so I can't just pop up off the floor from going from one exercise to the next. I'm going to give it the week, and then reassess. Tonight I'll either do a cardio workout from the app, or Zumba. Not sure what I'm in the mood for yet.0
