    Ballet class - 60 minutes
    - I finally got ballet slippers and feel safer when I jump.

    All Pro heavy day (11 reps) + HIIT. Last night I used the 5K setting on the treadmill for the first time. Walked more than I ran. I think I need to run slower.

    30 minutes on Cycling trainer. 13.82 miles. Then working at Amazon from 5:30 to 10:30 tonight. Will walk, bend, squat, lift, push and pull for just about 5 full hours.

    - 5x Power Clean at body weight
    - 1-3x Pistol Squats (single leg squat) with added weight
    - 5-7x Handstand Push Ups
    - Front lever hold till failure
    - 100m Row (sprint)
    - 2x Flagpole till failure

    5 rounds done for time.

    100x Walking lunges (25kgs - 55.11lbs)
    50x Handstand Push ups

    Session 2 was Squatting practice.

    15 minute TRX workout immediately followed by Cardio Challenge (Max 30). I now know why people recommend doing strength before cardio. Idk if I would have had it in me to do anymore after doing Cardio Challenge. It's not the hardest video in the first month, but it's not easy.

    20 min walk on treadmill cause i took too long to shower and dress to make it to the gym, then kick boxing which involved skipping, a few push up, crunches, burpees and then a little circuit involving a row machine, leg raises, squats etc.

    Then a little punching and kicking to end it off.
