I ran / walked (3 minute run, 1 minute walk) for an hour.0

Ballet class - 60 minutes
- I finally got ballet slippers and feel safer when I jump.0 -
Biceps and back also did some cardio (jumping jacks and stuff) to warm up.0

30 reps on 5 different machines, seated row, leg press etc0 -
Chest/sets of 10, triceps/sets of 10, calves/sets of 20 - BB Bench/DB toe raises/tricep push downs/sitting toe raises, DB incline bench/tricep pulldowns/flat DB flys, incline DB flys/tricep push downs with rope0

All Pro heavy day (11 reps) + HIIT. Last night I used the 5K setting on the treadmill for the first time. Walked more than I ran. I think I need to run slower.0

20 min walk on treadmill cause i took too long to shower and dress to make it to the gym, then kick boxing which involved skipping, a few push up, crunches, burpees and then a little circuit involving a row machine, leg raises, squats etc.
Then a little punching and kicking to end it off.0
