Today is 35 mins on the elliptical and an hour with my pilates trainer (private session).0

ZUMBA, but now I do a combination of Zumba, Tabata, Core and More, Spinning, Running and Weight Lifting. I gradually adding the different classes to my routine as I moved along in my journey. Each addition helped shape my body. I still have a ways to go but moving along.0

and an 9 minutes at a 7.5mph pace, and then walk for a minute.

I want to do this again, but I need something more stable to step up on for the 3rd level. I don't know how much more abuse my chair can take!
Last night I did W1D3 of the All Pro routine. I was putting it off all day because of a migraine, but I finally did it because it was getting late. Ended up knocking my migraine out! Tonight is cardio and abs. Maybe Zumba, not sure yet.0 -
Going to my first spin class tonight at the gym. Also did 20 minutes of HIIT this morning before work. I expect to be completely exhausted and beyond sweaty when I'm done tonight. It will feel awesome!0
