Thanks everyone - I'm resting it, stretching lightly and icing. I'm very grouchy when I can't run.
My daughter said to thank everyone for the congrats. I had to share a picture with her trophy. Each one was handmade at the gardens.

12/1 - very much needed rest day
12/2 - strength training
12/3 - 6 miles during my lunch break. First time ever! Wasn't too bad
6 miles done, 84 miles to go.

Ran really sloooooowly today. I fell down the stairs last week and hurt my coccyx (tailbone) and although it has been bruised, it has felt fine. I have run several times since then, but today it hurts! It started 1/4 mile into my run. I ran/walked 3 miles and came home and popped some pain pills, but climbing my stairs is killing me. I am pretty sure it is just bruised, however why did it take a week to start hurting??

I got in 1 mile yester evening. Asthma Attack cut my run short. Next time I'll bring my inhaler along. 1/580

Been sitting/standing at my desk on conference calls since early, early this morning. I really need a run and it is now pouring again but I may just have to go anyway...
