2 packs of tuna with 1.5 tbsp of mayo...and sometimes I add some lettuce or kale0

Carrots, onion, curry, mustard, mayo, and sriracha on bread with tomato and spinach, sometime avocado too and rarely egg white. I liked the curry, apple, mayo, cinnamon, raisin idea. May have to try that one day!0

I take a can of solid white tuna, add 1 heaping tbsp horseradish, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, pepper to taste. Mix it and put into a pita pocket. Add alfalfa sprouts if desired. YUMMY and SO filling!!!0

I add a little mayo and lemon juice then Cabbage, red onions, cilantro and jalapenos and corn chips fried in olive oil and I top it with tapatio hot sauce . I put so much cabbage n veggies thats its more like a salad but you can add as much or little as you like.0

If its tuna only.. Then just a glass of water to get it down quick and then snack on three israeli/english cucumbers afterwards..0

I like to add mayo (made with olive oil), onions, canned jalapenos, yellow mustard and some cut up celery. Put that on some bread and I'm good to go!0

Lite mayo, yellow mustard, pepper, garlic powder, dill weed. Served with 2 lightly salted rice cakes, a low sodium V8, and a piece of fruit (usually a cutie)0

There is mayo that is made with olive oil and is a lot better in calories. But since I don't really consume a lot of mayo in my diet, I add mayo to my tuna and onions with black pepper and garlic seasoning! Yum!0
