Just for today
I had a great day, planning each day helps. It occurred to me how much negative feedback we give our self each day. So just for today, my positive is: You're o.k.0 -
Just for today 1/12
1. Morning run (I'm going to have to get back into EARLY runs since OUR sale will be this NEXT weekend, YES YES YES YES
2. Gazelle @ night
3. Cleaning refrigerator, ugh ugh
4. Water water
Just for Today 1/13
1. Morning run
2. NO LATE NIGHT SNACK
3. Don't let the scale effect me! (I've been trying to weigh myself NOT MORE THAN 3 days a week)
4. Do some strengh training'(10 mins)

1) avoid binging...
2) healthy ,smaller portions....less carbs
3) staying active...
4) zumba, walk

I would like to join. My issue is good specifically sweets and bad carbs.
Just for 1/12/15 I will keep my carbs , cal and sugar in my goal range
Get my 30 min of exercise in: spin or T 25 as weather is bad and won't b getting to gym.
Plan my dinner
Did everything but surprise surprise my carbs/ sugars. Tomorrow will b better. I did T25 Beta ripped and walked out I cold and snow. And will spin for min of 30 min tonight too. Expecting more snow I guess so may need to exercise at home again0 -

Resist the chocolate biscuits at reception

I'm new to this... But love the motivation. So just for today I'm going to log everything and move my body for at least 30 minutes.0

1. I won't worry about what I eat, but will log it. Logged everything!
2. I will only step on the scale in the morning... Done - I did not step on the scale again yesterday.
3. I will take a walk and use the stairs at least once during the day today. Got one good walk in during the day

11/13/15 Thank you for this thread! This might just be the perfect thing for me right now, while I fight off this cough and get back on track with my eating. One day at a time.
Today I will:
1. Stay under 1400 calories
2. Drink loads of water and tea
3. Rest without guilt0 -
Yesterday, 1/12
1. DO not weigh myself every morning. I think this is discouraging me. Limit weigh-in until saturday. I need to stop weighing myself!!
2. Think positive. Concentrate not on the scale, but on healthy eating.
3. Water Water Water!! Somehow suggested putting a pitcher of ice water on the counter. I did this, and it did remind me to refill my glass of water!
4. Walk tonite, or do ellipitical for 20 minutes About froze - it was 24 degrees, but I got my walk in!!
Just for today, 1/13
1. Stop weighing myself!! I focus too much on what the scale says. Instead, just concentrate on eating healthy
2. Eliminate sugar!! I think the more sugar I eat, the hungrier I get. So keep sugar at MFP guidelines
3. Drink water - put a pitcher of ice water on the counter!
It is once again a cold day here, but in 2 days the temperature is suppose to be in the mid-40s, so I am looking forward to that!!
I also love seeing all the posts - and reading through each. It gives me more ideas of staying on track each day!

I have the same problem with weighing myself too much! I weigh myself EVERY morning, and then when the scale goes up, or stays the same after I've had what I consider a good day, I get discouraged. So - I have to put that scale away!!!
