Then I did an hour Barre Conditioning class.

Hanging Practice this morning. Doing an obstacle course and ridiculously scared off heights so my PT's objective was to show me that I can hang by my own weight and give me more confidence in my grip..... race is the 31st so not a huge amount can be done about my cardio now.

90 mins out at the local cycle track for a brisk 30 miles on the TT bike as it's such a nice day.
That was this morning, this evening 7x Yasso800's at a potential athletics club for me to join. Thats 800m in your ideal marathon time as minutes/secs so for me I did them in 3min30secs with the same time as rest. Hard work but enjoyable.0 -
