    30 min on treadmill at 5.5-6.0
    Weights upper and lower body
    15 min recumbent bike.

    Trying to get back into it after dealing with lower back and glute issues.

    I walked 7.25 miles ranging from 2.0 mph to 3.5 mph, 5% to 15% incline. I will probably walk another 3 miles tonight.

    Today was butt day.

    I always warm up with abs- 5 different (varying) ab movements x30
    -Hyperextensions: 25 with 25lb plate, 19 with 35lb plate, 19 with 45lb plate, 15 with 45lb
    -Glute bridges using (+45lb bar): 25 at 90lb, 19 at 140lb, 19 at 160lb, 15 at 165lb
    -Hip abduction (pushing outward): 25 at 170lb, 19 at 185lb, 19 at 200lb, and 15 at 210lb (maxed out machine whaaaa)
    Then I jumped in a yoga class at my gym

    One hour of Zumba this morning, followed by 45 min jog/walk (3 miles) with my 18 month old son in the stroller this evening. 57 degrees, beautiful day for it!

    Running at 11, hoping my sister gets her butt out of bed cause she wanted to come out too. Then a riding lesson at 1.30 - jumping with my friend's very excitable pony, so should be pretty intense. If I've got time after that I hope to get half an hours swimming in too.

    I'll probably cycle around 10 miles today for transport too.
