I always warm up with abs- 5 different (varying) ab movements x30
-Hyperextensions: 25 with 25lb plate, 19 with 35lb plate, 19 with 45lb plate, 15 with 45lb
-Glute bridges using (+45lb bar): 25 at 90lb, 19 at 140lb, 19 at 160lb, 15 at 165lb
-Hip abduction (pushing outward): 25 at 170lb, 19 at 185lb, 19 at 200lb, and 15 at 210lb (maxed out machine whaaaa)

Running at 11, hoping my sister gets her butt out of bed cause she wanted to come out too. Then a riding lesson at 1.30 - jumping with my friend's very excitable pony, so should be pretty intense. If I've got time after that I hope to get half an hours swimming in too.
I'll probably cycle around 10 miles today for transport too.
