I finally made it to the gym today and I had a SUPER DUPER workout out too. I was jamming off the spin class music and pumped it up on the regular bike!! I love the instructor because she turns her music up and it over rides the normal music and she jams and she is motivating to exercise too!! So I was dragging in a 5 40 this morning and felt AWESOME leaving. I love working out in mornings, it starts my day off right!! Tomorrow I may try to squeeze in 2 workouts becasue weekend is jammed packed.

Monday, 120 minutes of cleaning...really like 5 hours; but, only claiming two. Let's see, 2 bathrooms, kitchen twice, grocery shopping and laundry. Elliptical or anything else not even optional. That's what happens when you leave for 4 days and come back to hubs, 4 kids, 2 dogs, 1 cat...lots of work in the house
Tuesday, 25 minutes dog walking...more to come, 90 minutes Spring cleaning, laundry, Sam's club shopping...way more time spent but only claiming 90...you think my house would be clean...I think this is my husband's favorite exercise I do
Wednesday, 90 minutes cleaning the attic & basement, 25 minutes dog walking
Thursday, 18 minutes dog walking and about 60 minutes cleaning the house...I am just exhausted and fighting a virus. I took a 1 1/2 hour nap. I don't want to do hard core stuff when I am not feeling good. I like to rest my body.0 -

Today's workout for me was sluggish.:grumble: I wanted to do more but my legs would not let me. It is about time for me to take a rest day.:ohwell: I will see if I can complete the 360 tomorrow. I think I may do a 1 mile DVD just to make sure I get my 360......:-)

Yay, only 42 minutes to do tomorrow!! That will work well, with it being Mother's Day and all. Thanks again to y'all for setting up this challenge, I definitely pushed myself harder that I would have. Hopefully it is going to help me with the May 5-lb loss challenge as well. Everybody seems to be doing great, some serious exercisers here!
