This is a large/deep 10.5 inch plate, so fairly large portions. This is one whole box/package (3 servings) of Green Giant Steamers Chopped Spinach (drained) topped with one large boiled egg, seasoned with salt and garlic powder, plus about 1 cup of boiled (dried) lentils seasoned with a LOT of salt and raw/whole apple cider vinegar.
Earlier today (I didn't know this thread existed, so I didn't take a photo) I had 2/3 cup (one serving) of banana nut granola cereal with 1/2 cup (half a serving) unsweetened almond milk, and for "breakfast" I had 8oz coffee with 1 tablespoon powdered non-dairy creamer and 1 tablespoon sugar. I will probably eat one more time before bed, either more cereal/almond milk or oatmeal with maple syrup. I have had 24 ounces of water today so far, no other beverages. I have a nasty habit of being chronically dehydrated.0 -
