Yesterday was 3.5 hours of pole. Today is a much needed rest day.0

Got up early (4:45am) and completed my longest walk to date. Just over 4 MILES – Burned 461 Calories - 80 Minutes;
In November 2013, I could only walk for 5-10 minutes at a VERY slow pace.0 -
Since today is my rest day ...I walked 45 minutes0

SoulCycle, or as I kindly refer to it as, spin on crack. Also rowing machine and some weights.0

Started PiYo last night (I did the fundamentals vid last night before the Blacklist came back). Today was Define Lower Body. Tonight is spin class.0

My exercise consisted of 26 minutes of cardio/jogging.0

50 minutes of swimming laps - combining freestyle, breast stroke and back stroke0

This morning before work (6:30am) I did:
- 1 minute plank (x2)
- 15 Press ups (x2)
- 20 Crunches (x2)
- 10 Double Leg Lifts (x2)
- 25 Criss Cross Crunches (x2)
- 50 Pointed Butt Loftf, per leg (x2)
- 20 Squats (x2)
^ That's my morning routine, which I do twice through on Mon, Wed, Fri. Once through on Tues and Thurs; and three times through on weekends.
I then did the workouts on the Blogilates February Pilates Calender I'm doing (Videos on YouTube):
- 10 Minute Butt Lift Challenge
- Beach Ready Butt Workout (5 mins)
- 10 Minute Ab Sculpting Workout
- Butt Lift and Slim Thighs (8 mins)
- Abs on Fire (12 mins)
I also did my Day 2 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge, which was 55 squats.
I keep stressing that I'm not doing enough each day, but typing it all out like that makes me realise I'm doing okay!0 -

This morning I did C25K D3 W2, at lunch time I'll be going to a circuit class at the gym, and tonight after work I've got dancing - 45 mins of ballet, 30 mins of pointe and an hour of musical theater! I think I'll be wrecked tomorrow!!0
