    155.3 Bummer gained 2 lbs this week. I didn't navigate through Cinco DE Mayo or the Pacman fight or Mothers day to well. Now for the start of a new week!!!!!! Celery celery celery and Water water water!!!

    I have been strength training almost everyday. Blew out my knees doing treadmill and stair master. I am hoping some of the gain is muscle.

    Congrats to those of you who lost!!! Keep up the good work!!!

    Been a rough cple weeks. Work has been taxing with overtime. Can not remeber where I started with this challenge! (Shrug) Currently 204#. I know I gained a few weeks ago and now stubborn plateau! :-(

    I'm so proud of ALL of you!! You are doing amazing! Losing inches, losing pounds, gaining knowledge and experience.

    Thanks to everyone for sticking in there with me! Especially to those of you who have been through more than one challenge with me. You never know how much you inspire and encourage me!


    To those who had a rough week....hang in there. It will come off. You will learn... trust me.... I've been there....... I'm sure there will be a week where you will kick all our booties!

    After falling off the wagon for a few days I am now back on. Lost a little over 1 pound, but measurements are still the same.
    Walking every day though not working out like I used to and that makes a HUGE difference. Need to get motivated to work out.....
    Love water so I have no preblem drinking my 8 plus some.
