mmm a slice of ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with preanut butter, a banana and a hardboiled egg!0

I had a mug of delicious hot green tea, plain Greek yogurt mixed with a dash of cinnamon, a tablespoon of oatbran and a splash of vanilla as well as an omelet of 3 egg whites and one whole egg.0

Cup of yogurt, egg cooked with muenster cheese, bits of tomato, pepper, wilted some spinach on top, yummy.0

2 eggs scrambled
1 smart bagel with a bit of PB
2 packets of instant oatmeal (low sugar)
herbal tea
so satisfied and delicious!
Wow! You look absolutely amazing! How did you lose the weight so fast? If you don't mind me asking, when you lost most of your weight what was a typical day of food and exercise for you? I was around 148 now I'm at 143...I'm having trouble eating clean! Thank you in advance for any advice! I would love to have a stomach like yours by November 2011! :-)0 -

I had Sultana Bran with skim milk and 100mls of Greek Yoghurt. I love it - and either have that or Special K with the milk and yoghurt0

The same breakfast I eat almost EVERY morning.
A farm fresh egg, scrambled with a sprinkle of cheese and a piece of toast. And a latte.0 -
today was a small jonagold apple with a few peanuts and raisins. It makes the apple taste kinda like a candy apple!0

I made a breakfast sandwich with a 100 cal english muffin, 1 egg, and a Morningstar Veggie Sausage pattie.0

Today I had steel cut oats, with a scoop of whey protein, splash of milk, scoop of PB2, and diced strawberries. Yummy and filling.0

I started a sugar cleanse yesterday- so for me it was a poached egg over some sauteed veggies and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese!0

I had a strawberry fruit bar and coffee at 8am
at 10am I had a bowl of fresh fruit.
I like to split mine up for a mini meal every 2 hrs0 -

Weight Watchers - 100% Whole Wheat Bread , 2 Slices 80
the Laughing Cow - Light Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Spreadable Cheese Wedge, 1 wedge 35
Oscar Mayer - Delifresh Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, 6 slices 50
Guldens - Spicy Brown Mustard, 1 packet (9g) 9
So I had lunch for breakfast. It was fantastic!0 -
D-lites turkey sausage crossiant with a glass of 1% milk in addition to my morning vitimans and suplements and 4 glasses of water.0
