I started my first full week with a personal trainer. So, my exercise for Sunday, Tuesday and tomorrow was/is "total ars kicking and attempted homicide by the upper arm gestapo better known as Trent the trainer". Monday, Wednesday and Friday is treadmill (3.9 mph, incline 1.5, 20 minutes), stationary bike (level 4, 20 miles per hour, 20 minutes) and elliptical (slow as a snail, 15 minutes). Saturday will be one hour at the indoor trampoline park just because it's crazy fun.

20 minutes bicycling (did twice as long yesterday, but I'm so sore and tired now I almost fell off trying to get going today!).

So I did that, but I'm holding myself accountable for a minimum 30 minutes of walking/jogging (ratio depends on how sore I still am this afternoon!)
