10 min on elipitical at setting of 13. Then moved on to 20 hits on the battle rope, 15 barbell step ups 45lbs, 10 shoulder presses 45lbs, 150 Jumps on the speed rope, flipping a tracker tire across 40 yards, 10 incline push ups, then flipping the tracker tire back 40 yards (did 4 sets of all of that) then moved on to 10 dumbbell burpies 35lbs dumbbell, 10 ultimate back rows 35lbs dumbbell, and 150 jumps on the speed rope. ( did 3 sets of that). Then moved on to 10 leg curls 80 lbs, 150 jumps on the speed rope, and 50 crunches ( did 3 sets of that) and that completed my workout but I didn't feel it was enough
