Yeah weight lifting really helped me before but now I'm using a new gym so I have to get the hang of the equipment so I haven't started weight lifting yet

Started my body fat loss and muscle gain journey in February. Was 10st 13 now 10st 7. I do running, tap and Zumba for cardio then ballet and pole dance for strength. I love to dance so I also do jazz :-) x

Wow that sounds like fun workouts!!!

I'm gonna totally need motivation after I get over this cold! When I mess up my routines it's hard to get back to them

Don't give up! And get better soon. Remember...giving up is all in the mind! Weakness is for hippies..and you're not a hippie.

Thanks so much. Seems the cold isn't going away but I'm pushing myself anyway.

20 lbs of fat, zero muscle loss. Seems impossible.

  • 50lbs. I love soda and candy so it's going to be really really hard. 5 years ago I weighed 70lbs less. I'm ready to commit and get fit :)
