Still won't make it taste any better. (4 posts, OJ! Get working on it!)

Are you sure? Because that looks like it's growing out of his chest and I think there are some people that would eat goslingchestkale even if they hated the normal varieties of ground-based kale.

kale is one of mother earths most beneficial greens. Compact with more than 200% of your daily nutritional needs its only beneficial. And for those who's goal is weight loss it's very low in calories:)

LOLWut? My nutritional needs mean 2250 calories. How much kale is that? Am I always guaranteed it will contain 4500 calories (double my needs)? Monster gainz, indeed...

33 calories for a cup of chopped kale, means 68 cups to reach 2250 calories.

LOL, I figured it'd take a trf**kload. Still not eating it. Never again. No matter how magical this superfood is. I'll stick to spinach, chard, and collards for my dark greens (those ARE yummy to me).

    FTFY...

The phrase, if you're gonna do it, is "metric f***ton". Take note, and don't let it happen again. LOL

Prove me if I am wrong but I thought watercress was the most nutritionally sound vegetable. It tops kale in the ranks by at least 7.

    ALL HAIL WATERCRESS.

I'm pretty sure my wife would prefer hemsworthchestkale, but I don't think even that would get her to eat it...
