I am just starting out but today was 2 miles walking at the cemetery. At least it was quiet...lol.0

Was supposed to play tennis but that got canceled so rode my bike for 30 minutes and took my sister's dog for a 30 minute walk0

Cardio Mix class at my local ymca. Plus lots of steps on my fitbit challenges.0

Body beast bulk Legs and 16 min HIIT - completed and still drinking water 45 mins later. Lol0

About to head out on week 2 of couch to 5k! 90 seconds running, 2 minutes jogging for six sets.0

30 min. of treadmill (low impact program), 40 min. elliptical (level 4 hills), 65 min walk/jog at the track, 30 squats, 10 min of arms with light weights.0

I did 45 minutes of walking. I walked 10 laps total (2 1/2 miles) and jogged 1 1/2 laps of that off and on. (I have exercise induced asthma and have to go slow)0

30 minute cardio/firm workout dvd using 3kg hand weights in the morning
15 minutes on the elliptical trainer following the dvd
30 minute brisk walk at lunch0 -
I walked for an hour around town0

I did a 5K trail walk. Me! A 5K! In less than an hour!0

2 hour boot camp... HRM said i burned 950 calories.... I don't understand why people have issues with hrm and weight lifting... I thing I burned more than my hrm said!0

I get to use a visitor pass at the wellness center today. I plan on warming up on the treadmill, then using the elliptical and some of the weight machines. I'll probably hop in the pool for a bit as a cooldown.
The wellness center is $60 a month. Its ridiculous.0 -

Exactly the same for me. So, I walk to school and back when the weather is good, keeping my HR in the moderate zone for fat burn and to keep that asthma at bay
