My youngest isn't quite 1 yet, so I haven't waited too long lol. I've lost the weight in between 1 and 2 and 2 and 3 as well. It sucks to gain so much in pregnancy.0 -
I just recently started my journey again. I am 5'6. I will post before /after pics later. I'm excited. Good luck to everyone1

I'm 5'7", 21 years old, and I think my current weight is just under 160 at the moment.
The before pictures were taken around September of 2014 and the new pictures were taken this April.
Sorry for the dirty mirror lol3 -
These are my before and during pics. I'm on day 34 with MFP, tracking and working out. Before is on the right (195), during left (183). I've lost about 12.5 lbs so far, and I WISH I knew how many inches, but I didn't take before ones, but I'll take some to go off from this point on.

I'm new to the community, but have been using MFP on and off for a few years. 5'7" highest weight: 260, current weight: 176, Goal weight: 160. I am extremely active outside of sedentary work/school. 6 workouts a week mix of cardio and strength. I also bike/walk everywhere. Looking for motivation on my feed. Let's be fitness pals.3

Im 5'7 and have never been skinny (small). A few weeks ago I weighed 212 but today im 199. I worked out for four months before any weight budged. I haven't been under 200 in forever . Im going on a family cruise in july and hope I will be 180 and will feel comfortable wearing a swimsuit . It will be even greater if I hit 175lbs . Feeling pretty motivated!16

April of 2012 at about 310 and July of 2014 at about 135. I'm currently around 140. I find I tend to look kind of sickly and people are constantly asking if I'm ill or if I have anorexia if I go below that.

From about 190 to 158... I've put on about 8-10 lbs since then and am doing another run at this to take off 20 from here. I want to get under 25% body fat.17 -
katedevall wrote: »So my first picture is when I started losing weight. I lost 76 pounds. Then I maintained for a while and got lazy (to be honest). I ended up gaining around 20 something pounds back and have maintained that for 2 years. Starting in February, I started working out again (lifting primarily) and eating healthy. I have lost 19 pounds so far, only 20 more to go I'm down to 20.3% body fat also.
You are shaped VERY similar to myself! I think you look amazin' doll! Can I ask, did you belly slightly "hang" before?8 -

I will admit that I was prego and weighed in a 230 just prior giving birth. However, I was still at 215 after giving birth, and I took almost no pictures of myself due to feeling uncomfortable about how big I was. It took about 6 months to get just under 200 lbs. The last picture I took was the other night and I'm about 150 now. I am about 6 lbs away from goal weight.

Love this thread. Makes you realise what a good weight aim is. Looking for some support (and to support back) and advice so anyone feel free to add me.1

I'm 5'6". In the first picture, I'm 181.4. In the second, 130.8. I've gained a little of the weight back but I'm working it off again.
I love seeing all the success photos, but this one really caught my attention. I think it's because we have the same body type and height. What a terrific job you have done! I've printed out these photos and pinned them up in my workout room as inspiration. I'm hoping to have the same success in getting in shape as you.4 -
