Actually no. I said like 10 times that some people gave advice. I said you gave advice and a smart *kitten* comment which made what you said irrelevant. I don't know add some cheese to you meals. Either separate or grated on top.
I eat a lot of baby carrots, avocados, peppers, and salads. Usually I just put a 1/2 a cup of tomatoes 30 carloies, TBS of bacon bits 25, 2 cups of lettuce 15,half a chicken breast 55, and 2tbs some type of condiment. See. Barely any calories. And I always drink 2 cups of water with my meals. And for snacks I always eat carrots or broccoli. Breakfast is probably my most diverse meal bc I know a lot of things I can eat at the time. Its different at dinner. I don't really know that many things that I would enjoy.
In my opinion replace the lettuce with anything else. Lettuce is like solid green water it has some vitamin A and I think that's about it. It's like your filling up on nothing.
Same for the water, maybe don't have the water so close to your meal so you fill up on food and not zero cal water.
Do you crumb your chicken? Crumbs seem to have a higher than expect calories.
No. I usually just grill my chicken on a grill. I figured it was just the healthy wat. I never thought of crumbing it. I'm going to try that. And I probably am filling up on water. I love water lol....idk if that's weird. But what do replace lettuce with? Rice?

I am pretty sure as a kid you have more taste buds or more sensitive to bitter tastes (so you don't wonder off and eat the poison berries). So kids don't like things like brussel sprouts. But adults have killed their tongue with beer wine smoking coffee chilli etc that Brussel sprouts aren't bad.
Maybe melt a little cheese in the broccoli. A little pepper.

A half teaspoon of olive oil, salt & pepper, shaken up over chopped veggies in a bag then roasting the veggies is the best thing ever.

But I think I have always liked my veggies. Normally ate them first before the meat.

Well the packages say 110. I always half on my salad. I don't flavor it either. I like it plain lol.0 -

Are you trying to lose weight? If so that means you can and have eaten over 1600 calories. Try a peanut butter sandwich, a slice or two of pizza, switch from low fat milk to full cream etc
I don't know add some cheese to you meals. Either separate or grated on top.
I eat a lot of baby carrots, avocados, peppers, and salads. Usually I just put a 1/2 a cup of tomatoes 30 carloies, TBS of bacon bits 25, 2 cups of lettuce 15,half a chicken breast 55, and 2tbs some type of condiment. See. Barely any calories. And I always drink 2 cups of water with my meals. And for snacks I always eat carrots or broccoli. Breakfast is probably my most diverse meal bc I know a lot of things I can eat at the time. Its different at dinner. I don't really know that many things that I would enjoy.
Well the packages say 110. I always half on my salad. I don't flavor it either. I like it plain lol.
Nah guaranteed you're eating more calories than you think. Get yourself a scale, it will make life a lot easier

In my opinion replace the lettuce with anything else. Lettuce is like solid green water it has some vitamin A and I think that's about it. It's like your filling up on nothing.
Same for the water, maybe don't have the water so close to your meal so you fill up on food and not zero cal water.
Do you crumb your chicken? Crumbs seem to have a higher than expect calories.
No. I usually just grill my chicken on a grill. I figured it was just the healthy wat. I never thought of crumbing it. I'm going to try that. And I probably am filling up on water. I love water lol....idk if that's weird. But what do replace lettuce with? Rice?
Yeah rice and chicken go well together. I would probably get broccoli and Brussel sprouts over lettuce. Steam them up.
Yuck ! That's the worst! I hate Brussels sprouts lol. And warm broccoli has an aweful taste. I havent tried either in a while so im going too. The price I have to pay to be healthy is torture *sheds a tear*
I am pretty sure as a kid you have more taste buds or more sensitive to bitter tastes (so you don't wonder off and eat the poison berries). So kids don't like things like brussel sprouts. But adults have killed their tongue with beer wine smoking coffee chilli etc that Brussel sprouts aren't bad.
Maybe melt a little cheese in the broccoli. A little pepper.

As a long-time vegetarian, unless I resort to supplement shakes, beer and what I term 'junk food' it's a challenge to make 1900 cals - I'm 41yo, 89kg, 178cm and I workout moderately 5-8hrs/week with a light duty job.
Either the calculator is not good for general use or I am unable to understand how to use it.

@christinev297 Nope. There are a lot of people here whose demeanour I don't agree with, but the basis of the OPs question is still there and I find relevance.
Ignoring grammar and all the grammar police - eating only veggies is a lot of veggies to eat to make goal. I decided last week that I would try a supplement and it's too soon to say if it works or not and I can't see if the OP is vegetarian or not but I highly recommend that route for ease of use and taste.
I will admit that I have cut just about everything that has been fried and this is a big thing for me, but I am also not here to lose weight but to try and gain food discipline, so I get the OPs point (yeah, excluding the use of 'literally').

<OK, I see you are avoiding deep frying, but that doesn't exclude pan frying; and last I checked noodles, pasta, and rice were both vegetarian and pretty caloric, and so is a corn and tofu based chili...>

I'm not asking for advice, I'm backing up the OPs point of view. I also challenged a suggested answer as not complete by adding that the answer seems unrealistic on it's own for which I supplied some evidence. I definitely mentioned I'm not here to lose weight, I definitely made no mention of Protein Shakes, certainly not as junk food.
You have chosen to interpret my posts in a way that is contrary to what has been written. Maybe there is a lesson here for all of us?0
