    full body resistance training (weights) and 35 minutes cardio.

    Back, biceps, abs. Cardio - 30 min (20 arc trainer, 10 ellipse). Lots of stretching after.

    Yesterday: Blood bus broke down, so didn't do that. Instead did some light incline treadmill for 25 minutes and some lifting with the rest of the time.

    Today: 7km rowing.

    deadlifts, abs on the decline bench, squats, reverse lunges with 50 lbs, abs in the Roman chair, spider crawl/lizard hops, and my all time favorite burpees.....

    5 reps 60% of latest 1RM
    4 reps 70%
    3 reps 80%
    2 reps 85%
    1 rep 90%
    1 rep 95%
    4 reps 85%

    Then 12 minutes of 10 burpees, 50 single jump ropes, repeat...

    about to do hour and half walking. after walking some leg and lower ab workout at home. it should be fun. yay me :)

    Last night: Crammed in some core/back strengthening floor exercises while watching Naked and Afraid.

    Today: 7km rowing about 30 minutes ago and today is grocery day, so going to be lots of running around after work for that.

    Walking, recumbent bike, elliptical, and a couple of work outs on xbox kinect...gonna do some more a little later. It's hard with kiddos. I get it in where I can. Some days are better than others though.

    I nanny for a 7 month old...so for 5 hours a day I am carrying him, walking around the house, up and down stairs, lifting him over my head, rocking him, and rolling him in his little car...so that's my workout lol

    1st day in a new gym. Little intimidated. 2 miles on treadmill, 15 min on elliptical & 30 min on bike. Legs were jello, but managed a walk tonight

    Lunch: 6.5km rowing
    Break 2: 1.6km rowing
