    Here is a PR for me! Conventional deadlift today at 185lbs. Last time I tried deadlifting, was back in Dec 2014 and I could only do 135lbs. I don't do them regularly so it was exciting to see what I could actually pull off 6 months later! I'm happy with it and will keep on keepin' on. :wink:

    It's amazing what strength training can do! This is only 2 months of diet change and lifting, 19 pounds down. There's a stigma that it will make you manly and its so wrong. I have never felt sexier. Seeing my body tone and tighten and every new muscle line makes it even better. Lifting has been the only workout or exercise to keep my attention and give me the start to the body I've always wanted. #girlswholift
