 Side Bends- 6x10, 20lbs
 10 minute elliptical, resistance 10 down by 2 every 2 minutes

            Day 2 of Level 1 30 Day Shred. Really wondering if I'm going to manage level 2..! So unfit! But if it is too much, I guess I could carry on Level 1 for a little longer 0 0

 I tried Shred and lasted about five days. Found it boring. 
 Yesterday, I did my regular Power Sculpt class and made an audio tape while she was teaching so I can repeat it at home during the week.
 Today I'm meeting friends for a 30 mile, round trip, relaxed bike ride to the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx and returning via the just reopened High Bridge.0

            I did 30 minutes of spinning, 10 minutes of elliptical, 10 minutes of rowing and one hour walking for todays cardio! I also did a 40 minute upper body strength workout!0

            10000 step day to walk off leg day soreness
 About 4K in so far on morning walk0
