No idea! :noway: :laugh: All i know is that you guys send your weights in to me by wedn. each week. As far as challenges...if you guys want to do them, everyone can offer them up each week.0 -

We are all here to motivate each other!! Make sure to use everything that MFP has to offer! The food journal is great & wonderful to use in advance to plan your day. I love that you can "earn" calories by working out! Make sure to have healthy snacks on hand, like fruit, veggies, yogurt. You know what you like to eat, make sure your snacks are enjoyable to you not just "health food". Some of that stuff can be gross. Like, who can just sit and eat a celery stick?? Bleuh!! Anyway, I have portion sized ready almonds on hand. As long as my husband hasn't gotten to them! LOL!! And I find that saving room at the end of the day works well for me. I tend to need something around 7:30/8:00 after my girls have gone to bed & I try to make sure I have the room for something small. Even if it's just a nice cup of decaf coffee or maybe just a piece of whole wheat toast with a little peanut butter. I guess the best advice I can say is PLAN.
Oh yeah, use these boards! They are super fun & you'll find lots of wonderful people here! I've been trying to welcome those "newbies" that post a couple times a day looking for a friendly hello & welcome.

Anybody want to make a challenge for this Wednesday through next?? I'm coming up blank. :indifferent:0 -
I'm not any good at making up challenges but I would want to see something that most if not everyone can do. Fitness wise there maybe some people who can't but if not something like complete 15 mins a day to home workout. 3 sets / 10 each lunges, 20 crunches - or something like that. Food wise maybe something like at least 8 glasses of water per day and stay within recommend calories 5 out of 7 days.0

the water idea is great because I still do not drink my water. I am so excited to get started GO BLUE! I am a Ohio State fan so saying that is really weird:laugh:0

I'd like to suggest that we all plege at least 3 days of excercise & that we talk about it & report back to each other when we complete our days! Just a suggestion... :bigsmile:

Well, so far I have what I did on Tuesday - ran up and down my 13 stairs for about 3 minutes - my heart rate and breathing were getting out of control so I stopped and just walked around the house for the next 5 minutes to get everything back where I felt safe but I never broke a sweat so I was dissappointed. Then I went sledding with the kids - didn't keep track of any time or anything but I am very sure I burned some calories doing that just don't have a clue how many so I didn't report them.0
