    :/ Today I am a little down. No change in weight. I check my food journal and I have not been eating enough, plus to many carbs. I will make necessary change and keep going. I have exercised more than ever and maybe too much. I have lost 1" in my waist! So that's something.

    @izzy214 1" loss is great! Exercising more last week might be why the scale didn't budge. The same thing happened to me last week. Hang in there! The scale will reflect your great work soon.

    well, that didn't work out this time! unexpected party and I didn't have the strength to resist chips in front of my nose; or drinks; or ice cream; or pizza; anyway, up to a new start this week; want to lose .5 kg; let's see how that works!

    we'll be on holidays in September so I'll finish a few days later as I won't bring scales.

    Not a good week. I went to a food festival and ate myself silly on the weekend. I'm honestly surprised I didn't gain. I'm worried I'll slip into unhealthy eating habbits moving forward.

    All of you ramping up your excercising...that's awesome! Keep in mind that since fat cells weigh less than muscle, if you are excercising and building muscle you probably will not loose weight right away...you are getting lean and will probably loose inches instead. Keep up the great work everybody! One day at a time!

    Tried to go from walking to running last night using the C25K app. Will need to hold off on that for now, my knees can't handle the added pressure - yet.

    1.Gabi-6 2.Sandra-4.5 3.Betty-4 4.Kelly-4 5.Cindy-3.6 6.Liz-3.6 7. Claudia...these are the top losers but not the only losers this week. Rachel, Zomb, Stacy, Catie, Amy, Lucy lost as well. If I missed your name let me know. Congrats to all and don be discourage if you had little to no loss, it takes time and if you are exercising more. Then you are building muscle and that's a good thing.
    For those who gave in to their cravings, every time you cheat it will take a week longer to reach your goals. But don't give up. Get back on your journey and give it your all and so you will be losing too. Don't feel bad, I did not have any loss either.
