buckwheat porridge with walnuts and some maple syrup
tomorrow I am going to try it with PB and sultanas!!
FUN (other variations I am scheming include pepitas and cranberries, banana with some cheeky choc chips or grated apple, walnut and sultana for a bit of a classier meal :P )0 -
hard boiled eggs too HALF the yoke mixed with .5 tbs of miracle whip light and mustard and then made deviled eggs it was ummy and drank lots of water0

For the first time I had a Jimmy Deans D-Lights Canadian Bacon Honey Wheat Muffin, and a cup of coffee of course. My daughter has been eating these muffins for a couple of weeks and I finally decided to try one, I have to say it was pretty good. Normally eat Quaker Oatmeal or Special K Vanilla/Almond Cereal with skim milk.0

For the past week now...I have been eating a turkey sandwich....just wheat bread and 6 thin slices of turkey......soduim is too high...but that is what I have a taste for....need to move on to something else pretty quick~~~0

Steel Cut Oats with ground flax seed, crushed pecans, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla Greek yogurt. It is like eating dessert for breakfast!0
