    5/30 = 30 minutes swimming and 10 walking
    5/31= 30 minutes swimming 10 walking
    6/1= 15 minutes walking
    6/2= 54 minutes walking and 27 minutes circuit training
    6/3= 33 minutes walking and 27 minutes circuit training
    6/4=30 minutes walking
    6/5= 50 minutes walking and 45 circuit training
    361 total for week 1.

    Week 1:

    Monday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!
    Also did some strength training.
    Tuesday: Walked 40 minutes, played at Splash Pad w/daughter 1.5 hours (about 15 min of sitting), strength training 20 min
    Wednesday: Walked 60 minutes
    Thursday: Walked 60 minutes
    Friday: Walked 40 minutes, strength training 20 minutes
    Saturday: was a bum :(
    Sunday: splash pad play w/kiddo - 2 hours + walked 30 minutes, heavier housework 30 min, strength training, 30 min

    Actually, it's 60 minutes for 6 days. Unless you've found someplace to live where you have 10 day weeks, in which case, *I* am in on that one!! ;)

    June week 1 challenge - completed

    5/30 - 30 mins walking
    5/31 - 60 mins; walking, cleaning, & squats
    6/01 - 0 mins; I was a lazy bum
    6/02 - 180 mins! of cleaning, woohoo! & 32 mins brisk walking
    6/03 - 45 mins; brisk walking
    6/04 - 20 minutes walking
    6/05 - 10 minutes walking

    377 minutes total! :bigsmile:

    June Week 1

    Monday - 30 minutes jogging on treadmill
    Tuesday - 65 minutes on elliptical and 60 minutes walking my pup around the lake
    Wednesday - 60 minutes of aerobics
    Thursday - 60 minutes doing yard work/60 minutes doing house work/cleaning
    Friday - None
    Saturday - None
    Sunday - Yard work/planting flowers - 60
    Total - 395

    Monday - cleaning and strength workout = 56 minutes
    Tuesday - walking and cardio workout = 38 minutes
    Wednesday - walking, cleaning, and two strength workouts = 55 minutes
    Thursday - three cardio workouts = 80 minutes
    Friday - two strength workouts and throwing a baseball = 23 minutes
    Saturday - cardio workout = 42 minutes
    Saturday - major cleaning and a cardio workout = 285 minutes

    Total minutes = 534
    Left to go = -171

    Woo hoo! I finished this week out strong! That cleaning was so not planned. But I did it. :)

    I barely squeaked by with 366 minutes of activity (not counting giving a 65 minute massage, which another website rates over a 500 calorie burn).

    Walking 15 minutes
    Mowng with a reel mower 25 minutes
    Gardening 263 minutes
    Yoga 32 minutes
    Stationary bike 31 minutes

    Wonderful job everyone!! Sorry I could not comment to everyone and that is just because it is too many of you all this month! But you all are rocking for sure!!

    For those who are not going to get the 360 this week have no fear you still did something and tried it. You have plenty of time to get it this month!! So keep shooting for the stars because we are all stars!! Whoohoooo!!!

    Sounds good! This is my first day to join and I need to stay motivated. Swam today and may do the elliptical tomorrow! Going to change up my routine so I won't get bored which I tend to do after about six weeks of dieting and exercise. I plan on staying with it this time!

    I am setting a goal of 3000 cals burned this week. I got to about 2600 last week and want to up it. My workouts will be similar but I need to push it more throughout them. Here we go!!!

    I will post my burns and times as soon as I get it all together. One hour of heavy garden work in 97 degree heat did me for today.
    The heat has not really bothered me. But the bugs, oh man! It's a blood bath out there and no amount of spray will hold them off.

    I hear you Kim, that should have burned some serious calories!
