 5/31= 30 minutes swimming 10 walking
 6/1= 15 minutes walking
 6/2= 54 minutes walking and 27 minutes circuit training
 6/3= 33 minutes walking and 27 minutes circuit training
 6/4=30 minutes walking
 6/5= 50 minutes walking and 45 circuit training
 361 total for week 1.

            Week 1:
 Monday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!
 Also did some strength training.
 Tuesday: Walked 40 minutes, played at Splash Pad w/daughter 1.5 hours (about 15 min of sitting), strength training 20 min
 Wednesday: Walked 60 minutes
 Thursday: Walked 60 minutes
 Friday: Walked 40 minutes, strength training 20 minutes
 Saturday: was a bum 
 Sunday: splash pad play w/kiddo - 2 hours + walked 30 minutes, heavier housework 30 min, strength training, 30 min0

            Wonderful job everyone!! Sorry I could not comment to everyone and that is just because it is too many of you all this month! But you all are rocking for sure!!
 For those who are not going to get the 360 this week have no fear you still did something and tried it. You have plenty of time to get it this month!! So keep shooting for the stars because we are all stars!! Whoohoooo!!!

            Sounds good! This is my first day to join and I need to stay motivated. Swam today and may do the elliptical tomorrow! Going to change up my routine so I won't get bored which I tend to do after about six weeks of dieting and exercise. I plan on staying with it this time!0

 The heat has not really bothered me. But the bugs, oh man! It's a blood bath out there and no amount of spray will hold them off.
